Would you like to order on Pleyel and are wondering about our shipping and return policies ? Our team works daily to ensure that the entire purchasing process is as smooth and simple as possible.

Pleyel offers home delivery. The whole shipping is totally free.

Our partner carriers deliver within 2/3 days in mainland France (business days).

For other areas considered “remote locations” such as Corsica, islands or certain mountain regions, this timeframe may be slightly longer.

Pleyel gives you the option to return your products within 30 days of receipt ! You will have plenty of time if you change your mind !

You must contact the Pleyel team at : contact@pleyel.com, regardless of the reason for the return. A return number will be assigned for each return and must be included on the form accompanying the products.

The products must be returned in an outer packaging (original or equivalent), in their original packaging with their accessories and documentation, accompanied by the return form. If any of these are missing, the return will be refused.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility if the return is made during the cooling-off period.

In the case of a defective product upon unpacking or a return under warranty, the return shipping costs are covered by Pleyel.

For repair requests outside of the warranty, the return shipping costs will always be your responsibility.
